• Yes. It's component in though and not hdmi, which is considered to be better. I have no issues with my 4k tv.

• Sorry, the best you will get from this is proggresive scaning if it's avaliable from you console (480p) and if you have a compatibe TV with component signal imput, if you want HD you will have to get a HDMI cable.

• Component cables are capable or transmitting an HD picture but your source device (game console) has to be able to send out an HD signal and the TV has to be able to play an HD signal.
