How is the volume on this TV? null

The volume is good, you can hook up a soundbar to enhance the sound.

While the sound level and clarity is good on this TV, it's not comparable to using a sound bar. I will say that it has a better sound and more headroom than the Samsung television it replaced. So it works well on its own, but for those who like the low bass end, I would suggest adding a sound bar.
