I purchased this tv on Oct 8 2023 online . Picked it ip on 12th. Hooked it up and started watching on 13th. Wouldn't turn on Oct 19. Less than a week! Aftet several weeks mother board was replaced on Dec 1. While I was waiting for the repair I asked Best Buy via Facebook Messenger (I tried to call the local store and no luck) wanting to exchange for a more expensive and better Samsung tv. Answer was "no" just wait for the repair! I've been purchasing from Best Buy for many years. Since they pulled the plug on me I might consider pulling the plug on them! Poor customer service!
