The return was scheduled for Nov 29th. The driver got one mile from my house but NEVER showed up. I called Best Buy and the guy said he would let Micah's supervisor or manager know about the problem. NEVER heard back from anyone. My husband finally took it back to the Oxford, Al store. We were very disappointed in service and product!
