QuestionBought two of these sets. One for each of my kids’ rooms, and they have synced to each other. So they are interfering with each other. Can I set them somehow to not sync with each other? This seems like a lot of money to spend to just throw them out

QuestionYeah i just bought these but in the 4ft and 8 ft length and when i pulled the cover off the adheasive tape, it was not sticky on the other side. So these "tape Lights" i just bought have to way to stick to anything? whats the deal

QuestionI want to add some ambient lighting into a bathroom for late night usage. As such, I was wondering if these are water resistant. I don't plan to submerge them, but I also don't want something to get damaged by a random splash from the sink. Thanks!

- Answer This seems quite bright for a doll house and once you cut a segment that's it. But if you get a shorter length and want to really light it like a display versus giving it home lit effect it might be ok.

- Answer Hey Mark, I haven’t experience this with mine and purchased mine recently, as well. I’ve heard if you have more than 1 set in the home, then one remote may trigger another. I’d exchange it; if it happens again, could be a signal jamming somewhere in your home. If it doesn’t, it was a defective unit. D

- Answer Insigna customer service U.S. and Canada: 1-877-467-4289 id call them and see. If you goto insigna website and support and hit email can take 2 days to get a reply. Its a generic remote used by many led places. Many places sell the remote with power supply for $6 starting out just need the right plugs on power supply. Hope this helps. I didnt know what you already tried Abby
