“Different ways to download to frame? I have pics on my cell phone, Nikon Coolpix camera and my laptop. Will I be able to download to the frame w/o having to keep my SD card in the frame? Are my Samsung Galaxy III and HP Pavilion laptop compatible w/the frame? I just returned one to WalMart b/c I had to leave the SD card in pemanently. Make sense?”

Files are transferrable to the frame's internal memory via USB connection. They cannot, however, be transferred from one portable memory device (ex: SD card) to the frame or vice versa. If you wish to view files stored on an SD card, then the SD card will need to remain in the frame.
