Yes. as long as you keep the can upright. NEVER use it upside down.

Yes you can, it's just compressed air, just make sure you don't tilt the can too much (and of course definitely don't use it upside down), otherwise it could come out in liquid form and cause issues potentially as liquids and electronics don't normally mix well.
