• Press the LED status button on the side: ●●●● 4 LEDs = 75-100% power ○●●● 3 LEDs = 50-75% power ○○●● 2 LEDs = 25-50% power ○○○● 1 LED = 5-25% power ○○○ Blinking LED = < 5% power ○○○○ If none of the LEDs light, your battery needs to be recharged. This charger includes USB-C to USB-C charging cable, but it does not include a USB-C wall charger. You can purchase the Wall Charger Model: NS-PWLG1

• Yes - it has four lights on the side to indicate charge level. And No, it does not come with a charger ( it comes with a usb-c cable that you plug into a charging block)
