It's still charging. When all 4 lights are on and steady that's when the charger is completely and fully chaged.

Please try again later.When plugged in to charge, the lights on our charger flash in succession to how charged it is from one light for a low charge to four lights for fully charged. As it is plugged in for charging, you should notice more lights begin flashing. If it remains just the two lights then there may be a problem.
