• No, you can input to the receiver, but not output using Bluetooth. Receiver does have a headphone jack to connect to a speaker with a line imput.

• Best bet is to download the manual from Best Buy / Insignia but I believe this unit is designed to BE the Bluetooth speaker device and not the opposite. You connect your phone or other Bluetooth enabled audio device to this unit to play sound. I am fairly certain that the opposite, playing sound from this unit to another Bluetooth speaker is not what is intended for this unit. I just looked at PDF manual and it only shows how to connect another device to this unit to play sound via Bluetooth.
