“I just purchased today. Every time I turn it on the volume is really loud, I turn the volume to zero each time I am about to turn it off. How do I fix this?”

• Exchange it, mine turns on at the volume I turned it off at.

• Different sources have different sensitivities. The FM radio is most sensitive, it has the same volume level at “10” that the line in has at “20”. The unit remembers the last volume level regardless of input. Best advice is to lower volume level to around “10’ when you turn off the unit if you switch between different sources.
