“have an insignia radio,ns-haior 18. speakers work when i plug in mp3 but when i use the fm radio only the left speaker has sound and its distorted. the radio is less than a year old but i do not have the receipt. is their a fix? bought at BB ChTown PEI”

Sounds like maybe your FM signal is weak. If it works with mp3 it should work with FM. Do you have the antenna attached? Are you in a good signal area? Try an ordinary FM radio in the same location to compare reception
