I bought this unit for my Granddaughter for Christmas. She unboxed it and within an hour had it paired with her iPhone and playing music from her iPhone. I asked her about the remote and whether she had any problems with it. She said there were times when she had to press a button several times to get it to work but it finally connected. I just ran a gamut of tests and found no problems with it. I did notice I had to press each button fairly firmly to activate it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine worked fine right out of the box. Make sure the batteries are good and installed properly. Other than that the unit or remote might be defective
