“My Android phone will not connect via BT. The unit searches for maybe a nanosecond then gives up. Any suggestions?”

• It's finicky. First time i had to select the radio in my phone settings then cycle through the radio inputs quickly back to BT. I think I had to turn the radio off then on. Now it seems to pair easier but I agree it's a bit glitchy.

• It will only connect to one Bluetooth at a time. Example - if my tablet is connected - I can't connect phone. Must turn off tablet connection before it will connect to phone.

• Bring it back to the store and exchange it its defective. I had the same issue.
