“When I turn on the stereo the volume is at 14. If I turn it down to 5, turn off the stereo, then turn it on it’s at 14 again. Is there any way I can change this setting?”

I found no solution to my similar problem. I returned it and got a new one. I tested the new one at The Geek Squad desk and it had the same problem. I tried a third one and it worked properly. The display model worked properly.
