- Answer Hi there. The Insignia™ 85" Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV has a VESA pattern of 500 x 400 mm. To check if your existing mount is compatible, you need to verify that your mount supports this VESA pattern. Look for the VESA pattern information in the mount's manual or product description, which should list the supported VESA patterns. If the manual isn't available, measure the distance between the mounting holes on the mount to ensure the horizontal distance is 500 mm and the vertical distance is 400 mm. QuestionI bought a couple of these televisions for monitoring security system and displaying the scripture and songs for church. Is there a way to skip the “fire” screen when the tv is turned on? I just want it to go directly to hdmi input, not show movie options

QuestionWe are using the Media player to display a static image on the television using a thumb drive inserted into the USB port. Even with the sleep timer set the television is turning itself off every 15 minutes or so. Why is it doing this?

- Answer The solution is to trick the TV. What you need to do is, from your computer, make a folder on a flash drive, put the single image in that folder. Put the flash drive in the TV. Go to the Media input. Scan to the folder and you will see the single image. Click on the image. This is where the TV will show the image and close after 15 minutes. However, if you click play on the remote it will trick the TV into thinking it is showing a slide show with one image. I change the slide show to dissolve. This will fix your problem.
