Is the freezer frost free? null

Yes, this refrigerator is frost free.

It claims to be frost-free but our new tenants had a problem with the freezer being cold and frosty but the fridge part would not stay cold. I think they had put too much stuff in the freezer and the setting was too high. We called Best Buy and they replaced the refrigerator for free. We had not even purchased the Geek Squad protection. The new refrigerator is working fine.
