Call your local Best Buy store for info on warranties, I'm sure that changes due to covid

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the batteries are outside of the 15 day return policy, Best Buy retails stores would be unable to help you. However, Insignia does have a one year warranty on most of their products, so if the batteries leak and damage your device I would imagine they would be able to somehow reimburse you. I would suggest contacting Insignia's customer service for more specific details.
