Europe is usually 220V, not. 120V. No? Anyway, I don't think it's a matter of voltage, but a matter of Amperes. This charger gives you a maximum of 2.0A. Your device, the Bose, may require more than 2.0A. If so, then you will need another charger. You can read the voltage and how many Amperes your device needs on the label of your Bose.
