“I just received this and built the table. When I press the UP button, it raises it for five inches, then lowers it five inches. I have to repeatedly press the UP button for it to raise all the way up. The same thing happens for the DOWN button. Normal?”

• Does not seem to be normal to me. Mine continues up while holding the up button then reaches a stop point. Same going down.

• Yes, this is normal behavior, you need to repeatedly press the button to raise/lower the desk.
