I had this same issue. I flipped the table over so the legs were standing up, table top down. Removed the good leg, then pressed the button to move the one bad leg up and down until it reset. Then put the initial good leg back on. If the power stops working, take every piece of the power cord and cords that plug into the up/down button out, and the little piece that hooks between the up/down button and the motor, it will start working.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. Why has nobody answered this question from support? Both legs are clearly different lengths by an inch an a half and there seems to be no way to adjust the rod in the leg base. Did you get it figured out!
