• I had one with a bad motor. I called the insignia number listed on the instruction sheets. They eventually had me contact customer service and I had a new desk sent out.

• At the lowest position, press and hold the down button (longer than 5 seconds) to reset the lifting system. When the lifting system bottoms out, rebounds, then stops, the reset is successful.
