QuestionI live in the metro Detroit area by the airport and I can't get Fox 2 on this antenna. I see it is a VHF channel and this does VHF channels. Anyone live in the metro Detroit area able to get Fox 2? Tower is 20 miles away, this does 60 miles.

- Answer It may not necessarily be a hardware problem but a licensing problem with the station.

- Answer I would go with an extension. There isn’t anyway to remove the original coaxial cable unless you intend on modifying the coaxial cable.

QuestionI used to have YouTubeTV until ABC screwed us over and wouldn’t continue their relationship with them. I know this antenna will pick up my local ABC channel, but will I also be able to see ABC shows like GMA and World News Tonight?

- Answer This is a very directional antenna. I have an issue where the tower is partially hidden behind a hill and I had to change the location of the antenna in order for it to work. This may be party of your issue. Move it around and then remember to continually reprogram your tv each time you move the antenna

QuestionWhat’s the difference between this new version (model# NS-ANT700HAV2) and the older model# NS-ANT700HA? Seems like the same power amplifier is being used so I’m assuming it would not pull in anymore channels than it’s previous version.

- Answer The difference is in the way the cable from the antenna attaches to the power supply module. In the original model, the cable from the antenna is molded into the power supply module and cannot be unattached. In the v2 model, the cable from the antenna has a coax connector on the end that is then plugged into the coax receptacle on the power supply.
