I have two sets of these. One for each system we have. Both of lit up from day one. Maybe try unplugging the unit from the XB1 and remove the battery packs. Plug the charger back in and make sure it's snug and cannot be pushed in any further. Re insert the packs and see if it works. They should light up with the system on or off as long as the XB1 has power to the power plug. If not then swap for another setup at BBY.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try tilting the controller at a different angle. When I first put the controller on the stand mine did not light up. When I took it off the stand, and put it on again at a slight angle it worked. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had no issues with mine, the led lights up orange when charging and white when complete. If the light does nothing, return it and get a different one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I believe u have a bad product. I too am having "quality issues". The batteries don't take a charge well. But I still recommend them cuz it's a pain purchasing batteries all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would return it 4 a new one it shouldn't do that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery pack may be backwards. I know when I first installed it, I accidentally inserted the pack the wrong way. Once I realized I had the battery inserted incorrectly, I turned it around and an orange light lit up. The light will turn white once the pack is fully charged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most likely the LEDs on the station aren't working. As soon as the batteries make contact the LEDs should light right up to amber for recharging and white when finished.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you probably put the battery in backwards
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try making sure the charger is pushed in all the way, I noticed it was a very tight fit while installing mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if the indicator is not on, check your attachment to make sure its in all the way. It shows orange for charging and white for fully charged. Also check to see if you are putting the batteries in the proper way. If you have done so and it still doesn't light up, then you might have a defective one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
