No you can't charge the battery pack while it's in ur controller with a USB port. The batteries can only be charged when they're plugged into the battery pack holder. I always have 1 fully charged and ready so when one battery pack dies I have one ready to go fully charged
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn't recommend it because you won't be really charging the battery. As soon as you take the cable off it will die on you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No in order to use the usb charge it must have the connector on the side like the play and charge battery does. These do not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn't charge as well. It does charge but the lower voltage and such, makes for a longer and less effective charge. Plus you can ruin your battery doing this, I already broke one. Won't hold a charge longer than 10 minutes. Just use the adapter to be safe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works for me I have a bunch of micro USB cables next to my controllers and i plug them into the controller with the battery and it does provide them with a charge just like the plug and play batteries would. It has worked for me so if you are in an intense session and need to keep you batteries going i would highly recommend just using a cable to get and extra charge vs switching the batteries.
