Yes just make sure you change your audio output after you connect to your headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used this adapter to connect a set of Bluetooth speakers to my 3 year old Toshiba lap top. This adapter and the speakers with no issues. I don't see why it would not do the same with Bluetooth headphones.

Most users over the past couple of years have experienced difficulty installing the drivers for this device on their computers, since the Broadcom bluetooth drivers are no longer supported by the manufacturer, unlike the instructions suggest. You will need to manually locate and install those drivers as described by the user "NerdyGirl" in order to do so, which is a hassle. However, once this is done, the dongle *will* work more or less perfectly.
