• Yes the remote comes with a battery, Check whether you have removed the plastic tape that extends from the case - its there to prevent the battery from discharging while shipping / storage at the store. Once this tape is removed it should be fine , if this does not work you may have to replace the battery

• Yes So The Little Remote It Comes With You Can Take Out The Rubber & Take Off The Back Piece & Inside There's A Little Battery You Should Be Able To Get The Same Exact Battery At A 99€ Store.

• When you are attempting to pair the Bluetooth button, start by holding the button until you get red/blue blinking lights. If you do not get any lights, it may be a dead battery or defective unit and I would recommend taking the unit into Best Buy for warranty service. If the lights do blink as they are supposed to, be sure to put the phone into pairing mode and make the phone discoverable. Then you should be able to pair the units together.
