Replaced 2032 battery but remote won’t light up null

Actually I need an answer too. I have the same problem. I have another question, since it doesn’t work even how many times I changed the 2032 battery, It wont really worked, where can I get a new Bluetooth device? Or do you replace it? Thank you!
