It's very slow to charge. And you must use the cord it came with. (I think?) I have two short black cords. Can never remember which came with the speaker. One of them won't charge it. The other will. It's very slow. I plug it into my computer. Not sure if that's why? I tried my phone plug but that didn't seem to work at all so I've stuck to charging via the computer. Not much to go on, sorry, but hopefully it helps!
