• No, but you can customize the temperature to be whatever you want in the room. Meaning it wont heat up until it gets below a certain temperature.

• No it does not. The fan works only when heat is being produced.

• It only fans hot air while the room temperature is lower than the desired temperature. So, if the room is hot enough, it will go on sleep mode.
