Will it work with the elite strap with battery? null

Yes it is only going to charge the oculus battery if you leave the dongle attached , to use the head strap battery you need to remove the dongle to plug the cord

Very much so! Just make sure to shorten the strap with the dial as far as it will go and then it will fit better.
