“Charges the headset but the left controller says it's only at 75 and the right controller doesn't work at all. I checked connections but right one doesn't turn on but the base lights up. Works if use regular battery. Do i need to replace the battery pack?”

• Probably got a bad battery pac mine works fines with the battery pac it came with no problem and charges good

• Mine did the same thing. I ended up returning it. Seems to be a connection issue with the battery and terminals inside the controller.
