Hello, thank you for your question. the Insignia Charge Station for Meta Quest 3 & 3S does not support charging the headset while an external/extended battery is attached. The dock’s magnetic USB‑C connector is designed to fit the standard Quest 3/3S headset only, without any rear battery pack connected. Sudeep | Insignia
