Works great, comes with a battery pack for the controllers so it also works great eith the quest 3S. Won’t wirelessly charge on the dock tho but there is a cord that can plug in

This item is clean, sleek, and efficient. I am able to charge the headset and controllers simultaneously without issue. Looks great in any environment. Definitely worth the investment.

Great system. My daughter loves it. It’s a good upgrade from the quest 2. Super easy to setup by just logging into your meta account.

I bought the Insignia Charging Dock for the Meta Quest 3. But I haven’t been able to use the left control with the charging battery the dock come with. The right one work but not the left. Disappointed.

Bough this product before thinking it would be great to be able to charge the device and not usinf regular batteries and use it as a dock/stand. Replaced the batteries in both controller and tried to put the custom battery lid in the right controler and it refused to lock in place . Left one was work fine and i kept trying until i gave up and returned the next day. I thought it was a deffective product so went to a different store bought the same product and it has the same problem . The original quest battery door works fine but this one in the right controller has the same problem . I dont know what to do other than return it and just give up.

Works great! It fits perfectly onto the charging station and its nice to not have to worry about plugging anything in. Just set it on there and it'll charge.

Whenever I purchase an aftermarket (non OEM) item I expect it to be good but not as good as the original brand name. In tbis case I was very pleasantly surprised as this product works so well you would think it was a Meta product. Keeping it simple whenever I’m finished with the headset i just place it on tbe charger along with thr controllers. (this product includes rechargable batteries for the controllers) . The LEDs come on to tell me the headset and controllers (each has its own light) and a short while later ill notice the LEDs change color to indicate a full charge. No wires to worry about, no batteries to change, it just works. AND, I have the elite strap and battery and it charges that too. This really couldn’t be a better product, definitely highly reocmmended.

Product does what it says. Rechargable Batteries where a struggle to get in-at first. My comfort head set smelled littlle smoke on first charge but went away quckly didnt smell it after. I worry if it would kill the battery since it consistently stays on charge port-didnt read that its auto shuts off when it finishes charging but I am noticing that it does not appear to be charging my extended battery pack on my headset-thats a problem, so maybe it is auto shut off the charge. Guess I have more questions than answers.

I bought this for my self it’s smaller than I initially thought it works great for a docking station. I can place it anywhere and comes with rechargeable batteries which was awesome

Quick charge, keeps it organized, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Overall this charging deck is convenient and makes for a nice place holder for your Oculus. The only downside I have found is that it’s not as great when I have an extended battery pack also on my oculus and I have to switch up the wires to make it work so it will charge the headset. Otherwise, it works great. I think they need to keep in mind of other accessories especially when gamers try to extend battery life which is a huge issue.

I like it. I like to have a “home” for our electronic vs it being thrown on the couch at the end of the night. It’s been working well for us so far. The rechargeable batteries are a better option for us than batteries that go dead fast and we need to replace. No complaints so far and we bought over a month ago.
