Mine new clock radio alarm also will not tune to AM when the alarm goes off. It seems to default to FM. I'm set all the pre-set stations to one AM station and it still only does the last FM station that was on. When I set the Alarm, it never asks me for a pre-set station that I want to wake up to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, have the radio on AM & know the program # of the channel, ie. P03, u want because u pick it as part of setting the radio wake-up program. Yes, then turn off the radio. The alarm wake program asks u what pre-programmed # u want, ie. P03, If the channel u want is not preset, u need to program it (see directions) before setting the alarm so u can choose it as part of the alarm program. The radio will automatically list the Program # u were last listening to first = pick it. Finish the rest of the alarm setting steps & u are go to go. Enjoy!
