Hello, and thank you for the question. To turn off alarms on your Insignia Dual Alarm Clock, slide ALARM 1 and ALARM 2 to OFF if you want no alarms at all. If you prefer only one alarm, turn one switch ON and keep the other OFF, then press the HOUR and MIN buttons to set the time for the active alarm. Poojitha | Insignia
