You need to connect the coaxial RF cable from your wall outlet to the RF IN port of the converter. I am assuming your wall outlet internally connects to an over-the-air broadcast TV antenna. If not, you need to get a separate antenna and then connect its captured RF signal to the RF IN port of the converter. You then have a choice of connecting any of the output ports to your TV: RF OUT, composite video/audio or HDMI. Make sure your connections are right. If you are still not getting any signal, you need to check your antenna source.
