hi, i dont know about that but i have a hdmi running at 100hz so if it dosnt go past 60 its one of your components monitor /tv /xbox /cheap hdmi wire /not the "hdmi type" that restricts it. see i got a pc and it misread my cheap monitor as a tv and would not go past hd 1080. it also misread my tv as hd 1080 but it is 4k uhd and another thst was 4k hdr so i had to trick it into providing the right output. (59hz look it up on the web, to long to put in here ) if your monitor / tv is being misread by your computer / xbox it can and will restrict the refresh hz output to the display. usually to, in my case 1080 hd @ 30hz
