Unfortunately no. This is unidirectional. It goes from a DisplayPort to HDMI.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Great question. If you use a standard HDMI cable you could physically connect the DiplayPort side of this adaptor to the screen, then use a standard HDMI cable too plug into the computer and the HDMI port on this adapter. However, I'm not really sure if the "conversion" actually works in reverse... meaning, I'm not sure if the adaptor gets power from the computer through the DisplayPort to make it work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you would need the opposite adapter to do that (female DisplayPort, male HDMI)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it will work that way. The adaptor has a female HDMI and your laptop has a female HDMI so you would need another HDMI male to male cable. But I don't think the adaptor would work going backwards as you would be using it. The plugs would say yes but the electronics involved may say no. You may need an adaptor that goes from HDMI to DisplayPort.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No this is a female HDMI input with a male adaptor for inserting into a Display port on the laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this is the opposite of what you need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.use a displayport to hdmi adapter
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this is what I used the product, as long as you mean DVI port when you say displayport.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug an HDMI cable into your laptop, then this adapter into your monitor, and the HDMI cable into this adapter.
