Yes. I had the same issue. This adapter converts the port to support HDMI for any accessory.

Plug the DisplayPort end into the monitor and connect the HDMI end with an HDMI cable to your PS4. (You will need to toggle between input sources on the monitor to to tell it which port to use. [the PS4 or the PC]. )
