“How long do the rechargeable batteries last?”

• As a heavy gamer the charge only lasts about 4 -5 days but it all depends on usage. As for the batteries themselves? I have one original Xbox 360 battery that is over 6 years old that I'm still using, but the other ones have lasted a couple of years at least. Keep the terminals clean on the back (I use rubbing alcohol & a QTip) and you will extend their life.

• It depends on your play time each day but typically they can last up to 3-4 days before they need recharging again.

• The last set we had lasted for 4+ years, I suspect we will get similar time out of these, I suspect the Xbox will go before the batteries this time.

• they only last 3 to 4 hours before they need a charge so to be safe buy a play and charge cord but having spare batteries never hurts

• They are nickel cadmium, so I would say after about 3 years of charges they will flake out.
