This is a good little charger at a great price. The charger comes with a set of 2 batteries for 2 controllers. The charging device connect to the port on the top of each controller, the same ports that are used by the "charge and play" cables. The charger can charge 2 controllers simultaneously as long as neither controller doesn't have anything attached to the bottom port of either controller. That is to say that if either of your controller has a keypad attached to it then the attaching angle of the charger prevents charging 2 controllers at the same time. Pros: 1. Charging unit comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. 2. The charger can charge 2 controllers simultaneously. 3. Charging is relatively fast compared to other battery chargers. Cons: 1. Batteries MUST be in a controller to be charged. 2. Only one controller can be charged at a time if any added devices like the keyboard attachment are on a controller due to the angle of connection to the charger base unit. 3. Batteries do not work with & are not recognized by ALL Xbox 360 controllers (ether controller won’t turn on or you will get strange light patterns from the controller & it won’t connect or the controller isn’t recognized by the Xbox 360 console when the included rechargeable battery is installed into a controller unit. Included rechargeable batteries only work with 3 out of 5 of my Xbox 360 controllers.)

I had previously used rechargeable batteries which worked pretty well with the Xbox 360 controllers, but pulling them out, finding them around the house, recharging them, etc. was getting tiresome. This charger/docking station comes with two battery packs already so I can easily play to my hearts desire, then when the power is low, just put them on the charging station for a few hours, never having to pull out the charge packs. The packs have lasted a long time so far on one charge. Definitely recommended especially if it's prices at a great value since this is for an older system.

This charger is just great. It's easy to use nothing complicated about it. My 10 year old son was able to set it up and work it with no assistance. Great for gamers. It charges the batteries at a speedy rate and last long.

Tired of wrapping up cords every night to keep living room from wires everywhere after playing games with friends. Bought this to go cordless and not having to change batteries all the time. Works great! Have had for awhile now and no problems! No more worries about broken cords, keeping batteries close at hand and no more tripping over cords.

I went through a few of the cable chargers that plug directly into the 360. Those always seem to break after a few months of use. This insignia charger works flawlessly. Batteries charge fast and I always have a fresh battery ready to go.

Bought this on a whim because it was on sale for 8.99 at the time. Probably one of the best decisions I made that day. I went from using batteries to rechargeable batteries to these. Saves my recharavke batteries for something else, lol.

I saw this charger as part of the "Deal of the Day", and decided to purchase it so see if I would like it. The charger works great, charging as expected. It will definitely save me money on buying replacements batteries.

Loved that rechargeable batteries came with this charging dock for the controllers. It stores the controllers nicely and theyre always ready to use by placing on the dock.

I bought this item because my Microsoft Xbox plug n play battery pack busted (no longer held a charge) and I was tired of purchasing batteries. I figured I'd give this charging dock a try because it was on sale for $15. The battery packs are amazing, they hold an incredible charge. I game on the Xbox 360 about 90 minutes a day and the battery has lasted days. Great buy!

While I prefer the insignia charger for the XBOX One that plugs into the side of the Xbox via USB, this product I bought for my XBOX 360 works great! It is a nice stand that charges two controllers very quickly and the charge lasts for hours!

This item is great at a very reasonable price. The best part, the batteries included fit right into the official Microsoft battery charger that I already own. Only down side is that it only comes in black but I can deal with that since it is very difficult to find batteries and chargers for this aging system (Xbox 360).
