• Yes. But that is always true of powering any USB device. The USB standard included the device detecting the power from the sending unit. These don't use a fast charging standard or high amps so any block will work. If the block was a really lower Amp block it would result it slower charging but would still work. If this wasn't the case it could not use a USB connector as it wouldn't meet the USB standards.
