• No i assume not. Green should be a sign no charging in process. As i left mine on cradle

• No. When the light is green it's telling you that charging is finished and it has stopped charging.

• No it will not overcharge. I have two controllers on mine all the time and I leave them for days and sometimes weeks with no problem.
