Can this mount be used with two 28 inch monitors? null

No. I have two 27" monitors on it and they cover each other. Not good enough for 27" so no on 28". Maybe a 26 ".

This Dual Screen Desktop Monitor Mount holds two monitors up to 27" wide and 17.6 lbs. each. Standard VESA mounting holes on the monitor are required (75x75mm or 100x100mm).
