However, the mounting arms are adjustable in their height, so you can theoretically achieve your 15" depending on where the mounting holes are on your monitor. For example, I've got one monitor's center at around 15" as yours, and the second one is at maybe 10" or 11". I personally don't mind this set up, but for some I know that the monitors not aligning can be annoying, especially since you cannot alter the monitor arms' height individually.
