- Answer When I extended the hydraulic lift to highest height and measured from floor to mid-seat, it's between 22 and 23 inches high (to the seat). There is a slight curve in center and slightly slopes from front to rear of seat. Thus, the "about" measurement. Hope that helps. (see photo)

- Answer Chair adjustment at the hydraulic lift can set back to be able to be stable or to rock. spring is strong, so rocking takes some tummy muscles. If handle to hydraulic lift is pushed in, Back does not move, if pulled out, back rocks.

QuestionWith the seat and the arms in the lowest position, how far is it from the floor to the top of the armrests? I have 24" clearance from floor to bottom of desktop - trying to figure out if I can slide the arms under that. Thanks.

The armrests are adjustable, but in their lowest position, they typically add about 7-8 inches to the seat height. This means the total height from the floor to the top of the armrests would be around 25-26 inches. Given your 24-inch clearance, it seems the armrests might not fit under your desk. However, you could consider removing the armrests if they are detachable, or looking for a chair with lower armrests.
