How High Off The Floor should I mount the TV ? null

I measure after the TV is attached with it's part the wall mount panel. Then I add 6" because I like mine mounted up and then tilted down about 5 Degrees. It really depends on what your viewing angle is.

usually at eye level and really depends on the viewing point. if sitting down maybe not so high like 4-5 but if its laying in bed and across the room probably at least 6 feet high or so.

Figure out where you are going to put it. Get to the place you plan on watching it from most and have a seat or get in the position you plan on watching it from. That focal point you are staring at is probably the place you want to put it. The mount itself has some adjustability.

Always mount at eye level how you plan to watch if to high your neck will strain

6' - 6 1/2' from floor to the top of the TV is the safest bet.

That is a matter of personal preference. Just make sure to mount on studs.
