“I have this wall mount and a 32" insignia roku tv. When I mount the tv to the wall there is not enough space to plug the TV into my outlet behind the TV. How can I create the extra space needed to get the plug to fit?”

Same happened to us. We had to go purchase longer screws at the hardware store and do the other mount on it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had purchased this for our kids room and when we installed it we found that to be a problem. What we did was pulled down the 2 strings to release the bottom of the tv, then my son plugged the outlet into the tv and we snapped the tv back into the mount. Took 2 people to be sure that the tv didn't just pop off. Hope this helps.
