I would take a second look and making sure you didn’t put the piece on the wall backwards. That would be my only recommendation. Mine was mounted perfectly flat and flush against the wall.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is not the best wall mount but it does its job. There would be no way that this could slide if it was truly in a stud.... and it probably is sitting forward because you didn’t put the spacers on the tv....
